Make android-init and lipstick device specific so that they can be built for all the watches in a single build tree

android-init: gives right to the system group on the vibrator so that ceres can make the device vibrate

android-init, asteroid-launcher, glacier-home: install .service in /lib/systemd/system instead of /etc/systemd/system
