Add bass as a compatible machine for libhybris

This libhybris recipe only builds against listed compatible
machines. Add bass to the list of compatible machines for
libhybris.

android-system: removes dependency to lxc which required the meta-virtualization layer and which is not used

Now that we use meta-qt5's jethro branch, libconnman-qt5 is provided so we don't have to maintain libconnman-qt anymore (also fixes an asteroid-launcher warning message about MeeGo.Connman)

lipstick: removes a warning about QInotify searching for the missing /usr/share/icons/hicolor/86x86/apps/ directory

Setup permissions so that timed can change time: includes changing the connman's dbus allowing policy, adding a postinst script ran at boot to add CAP_SYS_TIME to timed-qt5 and add xattr to the DISTRO_FEATURES so that setcap is compiled

android-init: gives right to the system group on the vibrator so that ceres can make the device vibrate

statefs-qt: don't install headers in include/qt5/ which is no longer imported by recipes depending on statefs-qt

qtaround, statefs-providers, statefs: updates the cmake flags to follow the new Qt install directories from the previous commit.

Set QT_DIR_NAME to an empty string so that Qt specific binaries are no longer installed in odd not-in-PATH places like /usr/bin/qt5/. It also removes the need for some ugly sed hacks. Cf: https://github.com/meta-qt5/meta-qt5/blob/master/classes/qmake5_paths.bbclass
