libhybris: Update the applied patch to match the latest upstream commit which is used by the current meta-smartphone

libhybris: Use the newer version provided by meta-smartphone rocko and don't use the wifi module which breaks every build

This libhybris recipe only builds against listed compatible
machines. Add bass to the list of compatible machines for
libhybris.
