qtbase: Give a default variable to QT_IM_MODULE to workaround the Agenda app staying blank under certain conditions

initramfs-boot-android: Don't spam dmesg with systemd starting up by default (it's only necessary for development and is stopped once journalctl is started anyway)

mce: Fix the tap unlock patch by incrementing dt_click in case of ABS_MT_POSITION_* too (the spec says it can happen alone)

asteroid-launcher: Export QT_IM_MODULE to make sur BluetoothAgent.qml finds QtVirtualKeyboard and instanciates correctly

usb-moded: Renew config files with fixes for adb (no more rndis while using adbd, it didn't work anyway), sdk(udhcpd.service has been renamed to udhcp-daemon.service to workaround a DBus method call timeout to StartUnit and StopUnit, thanks to this udhcpd's status stays synced between systemd and usb-moded) and mtp modes(enabling the ffs usb mode was required for buteo-mtp to be able to write in /dev/mtp/ep0 and start buteo-session.service which starts buteo-mtp.service as ceres).

usb-moded: Touch /var/lib/misc/udhcpd.leases to remove a warning from udhcpd http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.busybox/17805

Make sure user services are only run as ceres. Since openssh uses pam login, ssh root@watchIp would open a new systemd user session and start asteroid-launcher or other services as root

asteroid-image: Replace dropbear with openssh to benefit from sftp and its cool qtcreator and gvfs integration
