initramfs-boot-android: Replace an echo usage with a call to info which redirects its output to printk that are logged

Move psplash launch from rootfs to initramdisk. Fixes the infinite reboot time, removes a dirty recipe hack and makes the booting experience slightly smoother

initramfs-boot-android: Don't spam dmesg with systemd starting up by default (it's only necessary for development and is stopped once journalctl is started anyway)

initramfs-boot-android: Disable ext4's delayed allocation, this may result in slightly less efficient data access (I haven't noticed anything) but much better data resilience across hard reboot. This should solve some of the soft-brick issues Asteroid had
