lipstick: Provide a default notifications database. This is a hacky way to solve lipstick using 100% of CPU on first launch and improve the user experience.

Make android-init and lipstick device specific so that they can be built for all the watches in a single build tree

lipstick: removes a warning about QInotify searching for the missing /usr/share/icons/hicolor/86x86/apps/ directory

Fixes incorrect dependencies to qtquick1 which built huge packages like qtwayland for no good reason...
